How we work

We are happy to flex our ways of working. We can meet virtually, talk on the phone, exchange emails, or get together in person. We'll ask some questions and find out what you're looking for.

Depending on the size of the project, we may jump straight in, or spend more time with you on co-creation.

Fee structure

We have a tiered fee structure, with different costs, depending on the type of support you're after. We offer:

• Hourly rate for straight-forward tasks like proofreading

• Day rate for larger engagements/pieces of work

• Project price, with fixed deliverables agreed up front*

• Retained services for an agreed number of hours each month

  *Any additional work beyond agreed deliverables will be charged at a pre-communicated day rate.
